DELIVERY TIME

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can

After orders are paid, the warehouse department generally takes 3-6 working days (Affected by hot-sales season or public holidays, the processing time may be extended to 5-10 working days) for quality inspection, packaging, and then delivery to the logistics center for shipment.". From logistic center the shipping time varies between 7-25 business days and varies from product to product due to distance travelling and customs.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
 

CUSTOM DUTIES

When the package arrives at your country, the local customs or logistics company will notify you by phone or email to pay customs duties. The notification will state the exact amount of customs duties. In most countries you need to pay customs duties within 7 days of receiving the notification. The time waiting for you to pay customs duties will not be included in the order delivery time.

 

DISPUTES WITH CUSTOMS

Refusal to pay customs duties will result in the package being unable to be delivered or being destroyed by the local customs. You will voluntarily bear all losses and liabilities. Bombabum will not refund you for this reason, and you will lose the right to apply for after-sales service.

 

AFTER SALE SERVICE & REFUND

Your package got lost? In most cases, we will help you track the package at first. If it is determined that the package has been lost, we will refund the full amount for you.

Some products you purchased have quality problems or are broken within shipping? In most cases, we will refund you the products in full.

 

RETURNS

We cannot accept returns, because of the customs and because of the fact, that products are shipped straight from the factory to you. So, before placing an order, be sure to check sizing guide in order to get size that perfectly fits.
